At Weekend Playground, we’re committed to getting your gear to you as quickly and smoothly as possible so you can spend more time outdoors doing what you love.

📦 Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We currently ship within Australia. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

We’re currently not offering international shipping, but stay tuned – we’re working on it!

🚚 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your order’s journey. If you haven’t received this after 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Do you offer local pickup?
Not at this stage – all orders are shipped directly to you.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, email us immediately at josh@weekendplayground.com with your order number and updated address. We’ll do our best to help.

What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers but will assist where possible.
