A: Simply browse our site, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment details — done in just a few clicks.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 within Australia.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Standard delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within Australia. Stay tuned — we’re working on expanding!

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We offer free returns on faulty items . We are happy to exchange any items as long as they are in their original package and you have a proof of purchase

Q: Are sale items returnable?
A: Sale items are final sale, unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Please inspect your items on arrival.

Q: Do any returns incur a fee?
A: Some bulky or specialty items may incur a restocking fee. This will be clearly noted on the product page.

Q: How do I start a return?
